Gary Rolston is a Professional Agrologist with a degree in Agricultural Economics and over twenty-five years experience in the agriculture industry including twelve years as District Agriculturist with the BC Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.

Simon Pritchard is a recent addition to the FTGU team, having moved to Canada from Zimbabwe. Simon has a degree in Agricultural Management from the University of Natal in South Africa, and has 27 years of experience in the agricultural industry, of which 20 years were as a farm owner and business operator. Sound knowledge of the agricultural industry, particularly cereals, grains, dairy, beef and vegetables.
